They are amazing individuals that actually listen to what you are saying to them. I've been seeing Amy for almost 20 years and Danielle the past couple years. Both of them have your best interest at heart. Always. Wonderful manners but they tell you how it is. They have all these wonderful amazing new machines now to help you lose weight. After having kids you can go to the gym and work your butt off and still seem to have issues hitting your goals. With the new technology that is out these machines are so easy. There is no downtime.
